Spring and fall are the best time to visit Zion National Park while the weather will be a little more changeable in spring. Wild flowers are in bloom from April to June. During summer it can become quite hot during daytime, short thunderstorms in the afternoons are likely to happen in July and August. In fall days are clear and mild while nights are cool. The park shows its most beautiful colors in October. In winters temperatures rarely fall below freezing although you can expect snow on the mountain tops.
