Following the extremely hot summer, October is the first month in Coachella Valley where daytime highs remain in the low 90s F. It’s still hot but more bearable than the summer months before. And at night it can actually get cool with lows of 62°F- consider bringing a sweater! There is still 11 hours of daylight each day and no rain is to be expected.

Best Time to Visit Coachella Valley
If you are looking for hot weather, a trip to the Coachella Valley is worth it at any time of the year. Summer time however, with highs of 107°F, might be even too hot for the most sun loving visitors!
You might find the winter months from November until March, or maybe April, the most pleasant with temperatures in the 70s and 80s F. Remember though that nights can be cool in the desert!
April, of course, is the best time to visit if you’re looking to see some of the superstar headliners at the Coachella Festival!
